8. Upon startup I get a "REATTACH DATA FILE" screen instead of the Main Menu.
a. This means that the data file has been moved, deleted, or damaged. If moved, can adjust the location path and REATTACH to it.
If damaged, usually can repair it using ACCESS utilities. First make a backup copy (in same folder). If they have ACCESS 2000 / XP then can open bare ACCESS, and run TOOLS--DATABASE UTILITIES--REPAIR AND COMPACT -- on the data file. If they have ACCESS 2000 / XP then can open bare ACCESS, and run TOOLS--REPAIR, which you must always follow by running TOOLS--COMPACT (into same filename, since already made a backup copy).Return to SUPPORT TOPICS for the ZLC Ministry Scheduler.
