6. Why does Mary only get assigned to YY when she is signed up for XX, YY, and ZZ?
Most likely a "balancing" issue, meaning that there is a large pull to YY due to not enough people available vs needed, compared to XX and ZZ. Combat the pull by using the Preferences, and by setting the MAX-PER-MONTH to 1 or 2 for XX and ZZ (depends on the involved ministry's "natural cycle period").Return to SUPPORT TOPICS for the ZLC Ministry Scheduler.
